And Then x6 (Yellow Universe)

Takashi Murakami’s And Then x6 (Yellow Universe) is a dynamic 2013 Superflat artwork that captures the artist’s signature fusion of Japanese pop culture, anime influence and contemporary fine art. At its core is Murakami’s iconic smiling character, set against a radiant yellow expanse that feels alive with motion, energy and layered painterly detail. The surrounding bursts of colour and texture create a vivid, almost hypnotic rhythm across the surface, balancing playful cartoon-like expression with meticulous visual structure in a way that is instantly recognisable as Murakami’s distinctive style.

• A bold, uplifting statement piece that brings instant vibrancy and personality to modern interiors
• Ideal for stylish living rooms, creative workspaces, or minimalist settings that need a strong focal point
• The vivid yellow tones pair beautifully with neutral décor, allowing the artwork to command attention without visual clutter
• Particularly effective in contemporary apartments, design studios, and gallery-style walls where colour and form take centre stage
• Available as stretched canvas print, framed canvas print, or rolled canvas in a full range of sizes, from subtle accents to large-scale feature pieces
