Once you place your order we will email you a proof within 48 hours, usually much less, you are then welcome to request any changes to the design such as adding or removing words, moving words, changing colours or fonts etc. We will happily make any changes to your design (without changing to a new style until you are 100% happy with it.

Prices
We have a standard price structure for all personalised canvas prints with text sold on this website, it can be seen here, this price includes the custom creation of your personalised artwork, emailed proofs whenever changes are requested. If you would like us to create a new design that you have seen elsewhere we will usually be able to do this but depending on the complexity there may be a surcharge. Feel free to email us with an example of what you’d like created if its not seen on our site.
It’s a Gift, can you not send the Invoice?
We don’t send the invoice with the artwork that’s all as the majority of the Personalised Prints Australia art gifts and it would ruin the surprise a bit if we include an invoice with the price paid.
I made a mistake when I ordered
Don’t worry at all, feel free to email us via the contact form here and just state your name or order number along with the changes you would like to make and we will just simply make a correction when we design the artwork, even if we missed your email at first you’re always welcome to request changes to the proof afterwards.
Can I collect the order in person?
Sure, you are more than welcome to pop by our studio here in Noosaville, Queensland to pick it up, just feel free to write in the notes that you would like to pick it up and we will let you know when it’s ready.

We offer three choices of finished product, Stretched Canvas Print, printed on 390gsm 100% cotton canvas, Framed Prints and also frame the archival fine art paper using premium grade timber moulding.

Delivery turnaround
Once an order has been placed we will aim to have a proof emailed for your approval within 2 working days, after this proof has been approved we can usually print and dispatch the order within 2 days. Here are some delivery times for Australian cities; Sydney & Brisbane: 1-2 days Melbourne: 2-4 days Adelaide: 3-5 days Perth: 4-8 days Darwin: 5-8 days
Payment
Payments can be made in four ays. On the website via credit card, Paypal, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment, Afterpay (buy now, pay later) & bank transfer our details are; Blue Horizon Printing, BSB: 082140, Account number: 192709355, we bank with NAB Bank.
Framing
We use premium quality thick frames as standard with a thin perspex cover to protect the artwork and also allow them to be shipped and transported without any damage. We can also offer a wide range of custom frames if required if you have a particular frame style, colour or design please feel free to contact us directly and we can discuss what is available.
Is it possible to get a refund after my proof has been created
We will happily offer a refund of your payment excluding the $50 design fee, this will be paid within 24 hours in the unlikely event that a request should be made however we would prefer to make proof changes until our customers are 100% happy with the final product.
Are the Custom Canvas Prints printed in Australia?
Yes, we are based in Noosaville, Queensland, Australia, or Australian orders will be printed in our studio here with plenty of TLC Applied to ensure the highest possible quality Word Art Prints.
