When you the ‘purchaser’ submit an image whether by uploading onto the website, email or post ‘you’ have confirmed that ‘you’ have the rights or obtained the relevant written permission for the image in accordance with Australian and International Copyright Legislation and that we at blue Horizon Printing cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any legal action that may arise. Images available on our gallery are used under formal licence agreements with their provider or submitting artist.
Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, matching as closely as we can to your image supplied, as viewed on a colour calibrated monitor. In accepting our Terms and Conditions our customers take on the understanding that discrepancies can occur when viewing images on un-calibrated monitors. The colour representation can differ from one monitor to another as can viewing the same image on your camera LCD monitor or a print.
Printing locations & delivery
Due to increased overseas demand for artwork combined with increasing International delivery costs we are printed internationally. We have printing facilities across the globe, Western European orders printed in the Netherlands, US and Canadian orders are printed in Canada and Asian orders outside of Australia are printed in India. We do however maintain extremely high quality for all of our orders such as using premium grade inks and 100% cotton canvas along with market-leading printing technology. We stand by the quality of our products irrespective of where they printed, the quality will be the same.
We purchase or licence our artwork from artists and agencies and every effort is made to offer the very highest quality art in terms of image vibrancy, pixel resolution. Some images on the website have been specifically cropped or amended to suit the sizes available or die to limitations in the image size and shape. Note that all art is sold as seen on the website, the examples represent how the art will look like, if a customer orders a framed print then the art will still look the same as the canvas print example but with the mat and frame around it.
Customer Satisfaction Policy/ Returns policy
We offer a customer satisfaction policy for our customers if they are not happy with the product due to any issues with the quality such as damage in transit or ink blemishes we will replace the artwork. This policy is limited to individual customers and doesn’t extend to wholesale customers or customers purchasing more than $1000 value of canvas prints or related products. These cases will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Freight Delays (Covid19 Delays)
As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed will we do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order.
If you require a delivery address update, we will endeavour to do this for you, if the order has not yet shipped.
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they receive the order or place a new order.
Blue Horizon Prints can not be held liable if you the customer omit any important information from the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee of $20 to reship your order.
If the order is delivered to a local post office and you the customer fail to collect the order in a timely manner from the post office, the order may be returned to the sender. If this happens, you the customer are responsible for paying a $20 reshipment fee.
You acknowledge that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held liable if a delivery is delayed due to the actions of the courier.
You acknowledge that Blue Horizon Prints do not offer compensation for shipping delays, for both normal and express shipping.
Items destined for some countries may attract customs charges. You the customer acknowledge you have sole responsibility in paying these fees. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation
We collect personal information about you but NEVER disclose that information to any other entity, except for the purposes of supplying the goods and services to you.
