Andy Warhol became the manager for the Velvet Underground in 1965, the Velvets soon became part of Warhol’s multimedia road show, They played shows for some time in New York City and then traveled throughout the United States and Canada until the final show in May 1966. Putting the Velvets and Frank Zappa together with an appearance by Andy Warhol was one of the more inventive ideas that Bill Graham had.
This is a print of the poster and is sold on canvas, stretched over a quality timber frame and delivered ready to hang straight on the wall.
